The e-services of the Board are integrated with the single clearance window system - K-Swift of the Government of Kerala
The details and documents such as SOPs, fee structure, distance criteria etc. are available on the home page of the Phoenix web portal
Timelines for processing of applications for the various clearances of the Board, as per the Right to Service (RTS) Act, were notified in the official gazette of the Government of Kerala
PAN was made the Single Business User ID for the purpose of Industry inter departmental data transfer.
Public dashboards were made available on the Phoenix web portal including the minimum, average and maximum time taken to process clearance applications, statutory fee, average fee, etc.
The clearances granted by the Board can be verified through the “certificate verification” tab available on the homepage of Phoenix web portal.
A task force has been constituted for identifying sector-specific needs, with the goal of reducing the administrative burden on Businesses and promoting the ease of doing Business.
